Welcome to Cliply. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cliply is an independent tool that helps you save, trim and repost short videos you have the right to use. Cliply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any other third-party platform. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
You are solely responsible for the content you import, edit and share through Cliply. You agree to use the app only with videos that you own or are otherwise legally permitted to use, and to respect the rights of content creators, copyright holders, and the terms of any platform a video originates from. Do not use Cliply for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose.
Some features require a paid CliplyPlus subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Payments are handled by Apple; we do not store your payment details.
The Cliply app, its design, logo and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Cliply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular video can be processed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from content you process with it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Contact us at zhannvert@gmail.com.
